              7. Storage & Fair Use

              Accounts are subject to storage limits and fair-use thresholds described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that place a disproportionate burden on our infrastructure, including through excessive message volume, storage consumption, or automated access.

              8. Fees & Billing

              Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon reasonable advance notice; continued use of paid features after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

              9. Suspension & Termination

              We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with the data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

              10. Intellectual Property

              The Service, including its software, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Poozer Mail and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

              12. Limitation of Liability

              TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POOZER MAIL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
